And what morning wouldn't be the same without being able to witness the night's bug kill and the ongoing carnage. There must have been hundreds of moths, skeeters, and various unknown flying bugs dead or dying inside the zapper.
Ruth, Bev and I walked into town to the local grocery store. Larry and Sheldon drove the truck so they could carry all the bags home. Along the way we passed this historic school building.
We even saw Paul Bunyan
It was hot and muggy all day. Probably near 90 degrees and near that in humidity. Even the black flesh eaters were staying somewhere cooler. We lounged the entire day away, talking, laughing and telling tales. I must say Ruth sure showed us the how to on Rasmussen partying.
Cousins, cousins and more cousins.
Brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Fathers, mothers, daughters, sons, grandsons, granddaughters. Whew.
At 5 p.m. we all went to the Community Center where the clan gathered for a Happy Hour. Just a few photos.
