Cape Cod, We're Here

The short drive to Cape Cod was uneventful with the exception of the roads from hell.  The Toll Road was pretty amazing.  We pulled up to the toll gate and received one ticket indicating our "on" point.  Payment was due at our "off" point.  At the off point we submitted the one ticket.  The attendant insisted we must have two because otherwise where did that car come that's attached to us.  Uh...like it's been there since Seattle and no we did not stop and steal anyone's car since our "on" point.  Duh, like if we're going to steal a car would anyone not from Massachusetts be so stupid as to steal a 98 Suziki?  Paaaalease.  At any rate here's proof that we escaped the mad attendant, after our $2.50 toll fee.  Do you know that if we'd gotten off at the first exit after our "on" point our toll fee would have been $.52...er that's $1.04.  Four cents?  Really?  Where do they come up with this stuff?

Can you believe there are more than two Bellingham's in this world?

After just one wrong turn, thanks to Rotten Rand, we found the park.  Okay Cape Cod, let's see what you have to eat.  Fish, lobster, crab, clams, oysters, NO BEEF.

One of our neighbors recommended Eastwind Lobster.  We stopped by there after spending a few hours exploring.  Lobster rolls.  Really tasty...got to try other versions too.

I've never seen speed limits change so often as here in Massachusetts.  On a one mile road out of the park the speed starts at 10, goes to 25, then 30, back to 25, up to 40, then 45, back down to 30.  Never saw anything like it.  Maybe it's because MA is so.....

While we wait for Randy, Sherry and Larry to get here from Sturbridge we'll do some lite sightseeing.  Till then, thanks for visiting and come back soon.
