Camp Dinner Barbecue Lasagna?????

Our VIP guests, Joe and Josie, arrived in spiffy style.  Dinner was pulled pork made into a lasagna with barbecue sauce.  It was good but next time I'll use a different sauce instead of Sweet Baby Ray's.  It was a bit sweet.

Lucy, Lilly and Misty greet Joe and Josie.  I think Misty was considering a little valet service.

We had a little after dinner entertainment when the turkeys from across the road came for a visit.  Misty and Lucy chased tail feathers from the dining picnic table to the edge of the driveway.  Misty bailed out of round one and left Lucy to guard the homestead.  We're proud of you Lucy even if you look somewhat bewildered and abandoned out there standing guard.

Not to be outdone, Misty had a great go around with the turkeys and they finally went home.

Pissed off turkey

Bill was holding Lilly back from joining the ruckus but the little wannabe Rottweiler only managed a feather trophy and had to settle for bystander status.

Lucy the hero dog.
