Ears, Toes and Fleas

These last 24 hours have really been interesting.  We started the evening with a "Fish N' Chips" dinner at Larry and Gail's.  Halibut caught by Gail's son-in-law up in Alaska and kept waiting for Randy and Sherry to join us.  Gail deep fried the fish with batter and panko, Sherry made french fries and I made a coleslaw.  The meal was delicious.

How the topic got around to earaches from this past summer I don't know but it did progress to hydrogen peroxide in the ears and all the bubbling and fizzing.  Larry offered to have some hydro dripped into his ears and so did Sherry.

Suddenly Larry had all our attention as his ear began to fizzle and froth.  There was much concern that the hydro drops had reached paydirt and were dissolving his brain.  This is creepy enough just to see but to have someone we knew spewing at the ears....well.....okay, enough.

That was so much fun Larry begged for the other ear.

Randy and Sherry had planned this week to watch the tv mini series Klondike.  We recorded the series and have watched it for two nights straight. Good series too.  Tonight we have our ear party to entertain us.  Klondike will wait another night.

Plans were brewing for the following morning.  Bill with his super sensitive toes and feet passed and I passed because I'd just had one a couple of weeks ago....I'm talking pedicures.

At 9:15 the next morning Larry, Gail, Randy and Sherry all headed to Walmart for pretty toes.

Finally returning around 11:30 we all headed out (except for Sherry and her bummed out knee) to the Sat/Sun Wagon Wheel Flea Market.

Everything from clothing to shrimp.

Produce from avocados to strawberries.

An amazing assortment of "dollar tree" items and used junk.  We saw about 1/4 of it and wore ourselves out.

Of course after burning up all those calories we need nourishment so it was off the Golden Corral for an early dinner.

Tummies full, a glass of wine waiting and Part 3 of Klondike.  Last night in Largo.  Tomorrow we return to Orlando TT.

Go Seahawks!!!!

Thanks for visiting.  Come again soon.

Never heard of hydro in the ear ... did it work? Say HI to Larry & Gail. The pic of you all getting your feet done was funny.
